Orders & Fulfillment: All Hilltop Handspun products are handmade with care. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email to notify you of receipt of your order, and then once your order has shipped, I will notify you that your order has been shipped. 
Shipping & Delivery:
I currently ship within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping costs are free to my customers and included in my prices. Once your order leaves my shop, transit times depend on the carrier. I, Lucy Rogers, am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
Returns & Exchanges:
I, Lucy Rogers, want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused, undamaged items. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. You are responsible for shipping costs for returns.
 Maine Retail Laws:
Hilltop Handspun complies with all Maine state laws governing online retail sales, including fair business practices and clear disclosure of terms. Maine law allows customers to return defective or misrepresented items for a full refund.
Maine Sales Taxes:
Maine Sales Taxes are included in my prices. I file Maine State Sales Taxes twice a year, and comply with Maine State Retail Laws.

At Hilltop Handspun, your privacy matters. I only collect the information I need to process your order, stay in touch about your purchase, and provide good customer service. I don’t sell or share your information with anyone else.

When you make a purchase, I collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. This information helps me process and deliver your order. I do not store payment information myself — it’s securely handled through Wix Payments.
How I Use Your Information:
I, Lucy Rogers, use your information only to process your order, provide updates about shipping, and respond to questions. I, Lucy Rogers, do not use your data for marketing or newsletters.
Data Protection:
I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information using secure servers and encrypted payment systems provided through Wix. While no online system is 100% secure, I strive to protect your data with care.
